Windom's Dual Immersion School Website lists the benefits of Dual Immersion programs on students that are Native Spanish speakers only.
The site discusses how the students who participate in the programs enhance their level of meta-linguistic awareness, which is knowledge of how language works, and improve their skills in performance, understanding, ability to communicate and enhance their employment opportunities. Windom also explains how Dual Immersion programs process with students that are native English speakers. Students who are native English speakers and participate in Dual Immersion outperform control students in all-English schools and achieve the same levels of competence in other academic subjects. Windom's Dual Immersion School's site encourages their program by showing how effective their process is for both native and non-native English speakers by giving examples and a list of top ten reasons for joining.

This is a Youtube video on the International School that focuses on full immersion education in Chinese, Japanese, and Spanish. In this video the audience gets to hear the perspective from a parent of children who are students at the school. The parents gives her prior background and her initial reaction to program. She discusses the classroom environment, what is expected, the community feel and participation by the parents and families of students. The principal of the school, Mary Abad, discusses how the students not only benefit from learning a second language,being immersed and learning about a new culture. This video furthermore gives those outside of the dual immersion communities how students can benefit from being in such a program.

This is the Fresno/Madera Chapter portion of the California Association for Bilingual Education website. This website highlights the schools within the Fresno/Madera area that offer dual language and two-way immersion programs. It gives the individual school's info, such as their website, the grade levels offered, when it was established, and contact info. Every school has a paragraph summary to explain the type of bilingual education offered, the grade levels offered, and the benefits that the school can offer its students.

MELL 2012 Dual Immersion list is a summary of schools, the district they are in, the language the program uses, the time split between each language, and the highest grade level offered in each program. The article also asks if the "district offers immersion programs" in middle schools, and if they hope so, a description of the middle school is provided, and the subject the middle school plans to incorporate a Dual Immersion program into. With such information, one can analyze the consistency of all the above listed information and how these schools use the program to teach the students. Hence, when evaluating the effectiveness of dual immersion, one has 8 pages full of information from which to analyze from.

Parents can become a part of this page and join in a fellowship with other parents within their community that have chosen this type of education for their children.

This video refers to Utah's Dual Immersion program and focuses primarily on its proven benefactors. In their programs process, students of second languages are able to achieve high proficiency in their targeted immersion language. Second language students that are part of these programs also improve on their standardized tests and enhance their cognitive skills. The Utah Dual Immersion program encourages other communities to incorporate these methods because it helps better prepare second language students for future job markets and their social communities.
